A few years after the events of the critically acclaimed Resident Evil 7 biohazard, Ethan Winters and his wife Mia seem to have finally found peace. However, as they try to leave the disturbing experiences of the past behind, a surprising yet familiar face returns in the form of Chris Redfield, whose shocking actions ultimately lead Ethan to find himself in a mysterious, snow-covered village. Unlike the claustrophobic corridors of the Baker estate, Resident Evil Village presents a different kind of terror: the fear of the unknown. Every encounter is a fight for survival, and the first-person perspective allows you to immerse yourself even more in the game as you tread new ground. There is much more to the village than meets the eye.

Features: First-Person Action - Players take on the role of Ethan Winters and experience every battle and terrifying chase from a first-person perspective. Familiar Faces and New Enemies - Chris Redfield has always been a hero in the Resident Evil series, but in Resident Evil Village, he seems to have sinister motives. A variety of new enemies that inhabit the enigmatic village will relentlessly hunt Ethan and make his life difficult as he tries to cope with this new nightmare. A Living, Breathing Village - The village is more than just a mysterious backdrop for the horrific events that unfold in the game; it is a character in its own right, with secrets for Ethan to uncover and horrors he must escape.

PEGI

Pan European Game Information (PEGI) is a European video game content rating system established to help European parents make informed decisions on buying computer games with logos on games boxes.

Country version Packaging

Describes whether the game comes with USK or PEGI packaging. USK ("Unterhaltungssoftware Selbstkontrolle") is the age rating used in the German market. The PEGI ("Pan European Game Information") age rating is used in the rest of Europe (and also predominantly in the Swiss market). While PEGI is "only" a recommendation, the USK rating is binding for the sale of software in the German market.

The country version usually has no influence on the game content.

Note: It can happen that occasionally different packaging is delivered.

The Entertainment Software Self-Regulation Body (USK) is the responsible body in Germany for the age rating of video games as well as video game trailers.
