With CableMod's black vertical graphics card holder consisting of a PCIe riser cable and a special PCI slot bezel, a graphics card can be installed vertically in all common tower cases. The adapter slot
bezel is attached to the slot bezels of the case and is compatible with all cases with an open PCI slot design with at least seven free slots. The graphics card is moved approx. 3.1 cm further into the case.
The riser cable connects the graphics card to the PCIe slot of the motherboard. Its x16 slot is electrically connected with full 16 data lines and thus provides the full bandwidth for graphics cards. A flexible ribbon cable is used for data transmission. In addition, two strongly angled DisplayPort cables are included.
