Product details
The Funk from the Australian manufacturer Burson Audio is a powerful amplifier for headphones or speakers, making it perfect for near-field audiophiles or gamers who want to enjoy their sound in a small studio or from their desk. Thanks to the power supply developed by Burson, the device is capable of delivering an exceptionally high output for its compact size – 3 watts through the headphone amplifier and 45 watts through the speaker amplifier. The Funk features two power levels, allowing it to handle any type of in-ear headphones, regular headphones, and gaming headsets. For connecting speakers, there are two separately routed outputs available. Audio sources are connected via the RCA input on the back of the Funk. The precisely crafted, elegant aluminum housing also serves as an excellent heatsink, keeping the Class A headphone amplifier and Class AB speaker amplifier cool. Important for near-field listeners: The Funk operates very quietly and does not interfere, even when placed right next to you, allowing you to fully enjoy the Burson high-end sound.
