Bungard PCB base material

The name Original Bungard stands for the highest quality and processing reliability in materials and equipment for the production of printed circuit boards for prototypes and small series. The special quality standard of the photo-coated base material can be measured by the following facts: The base material complies with all international standards and approvals, as summarised in the IPC 4101 A standard. The photoresist is characterised by precise detail reproduction, high contrast steepness and short process times. Particularly noteworthy, however, is its absolutely good-natured behaviour in terms of processing latitude. All that is required to guarantee virtually unbreakable results is exposure that is not too tight. The resist application is absolutely dust-free and clean at the edges. The photoresist is baked and artificially aged, which allows a very long storage time of guaranteed more than 1 year. This is documented by a label with expiry date. During exposure and development, the processing progress is always clearly visible by corresponding colour changes. For better differentiation, only these original Bungard plates have a special, blue coloured light protection foil.
