Bungard PCB base material

The name Original Bungard stands for the highest quality and processing reliability in materials and equipment for the production of printed circuit boards for prototypes and small series. The special quality standards of the photo-sensitive base material can be measured by the following facts: The base material meets all international standards and approvals, as summarized in the IPC 4101 A standard. The photoresist is characterized by precise detail reproduction, high contrast sharpness, and short processing times. Particularly noteworthy is its exceptionally forgiving behavior regarding processing tolerances. Only a sufficiently long exposure is required to guarantee nearly unbreakable results. The application of the resist is completely dust-free and edge-clean. The photoresist is baked and artificially aged, allowing for a very long shelf life of guaranteed more than 1 year. This is documented by a label with an expiration date. During exposure and development, the progress of the processing is always clearly visible through corresponding color changes. For better differentiation, only these Original Bungard boards have a special blue-tinted light protection film.
