Bungard Basic material

The name Original Bungard is associated with the highest quality and processing safety for the materials and equipment used to manufacture printed circuits for prototypes and small series. The particular quality requirement for photographic base material can be measured by the following facts: the base material satisfies all international standards and homologations as specified in the IPC 4101 A standard. The photosensitive lacquer is distinguished by the precise reproduction of details, the gamma factor, and the processing times. Nevertheless, it is worth mentioning its excellent performance in terms of processing margins. An exposure that is not too short is the condition for guaranteeing results that are nearly unbreakable. The application of the lacquer must be absolutely dust-free and with the appropriate materials. The photosensitive lacquer is baked and artificially aged, allowing for a long storage duration of over one year. This is documented with a label indicating the expiration date. During exposure and development, the progression of the treatment is always clearly visible thanks to the corresponding color vignettes. For better differentiation, only the Original Bungard plates have a special light-protection coating in blue.
