The foldable Proofer in white has an output of 200 watts and is suitable for making sourdough. It can also be used as a slow cooker and for cultivating and fermenting. The digital control allows constant temperatures to be set in the range from approx. 21 to 90 °C. You can switch from slow cooker mode to fermentation mode at the touch of a button. The heating plate is made of anodised aluminium and the frame is made of stainless steel wire. The aluminium water tray is designed for a humidity of between 60 - 80 %. Thanks to a window in the lid, the ingredients can always be kept in view. The product dimensions are approx. 46 x 37 x 7 cm when folded and approx. 46 x 37 x 27 cm when open.
