The Braun Silk-épil SkinSpa is a complete 4-in-1 care system for epilation, exfoliation, and skin care. The epilator features SensoSmart pressure control technology to manage epilation and remove even more hairs in one stroke. Braun's best Wet & Dry epilator also includes a deep massage pad to improve skin tone, as well as two body exfoliation brushes to prevent ingrown hairs. It comes with 13 extras, including a shaver and trimmer for sensitive areas, an attachment for optimal skin contact, an attachment for facial epilation, and a holder.
