The BLACKROLL® PRO fascia roller is 50% harder than the BLACKROLL® STANDARD and significantly increases the elasticity and performance of the muscles with minimal effort and simple exercises. However, due to its very high hardness level, it should be noted that the PRO is only suitable for experienced users or those who are not sensitive to pain. Regular practice with the BLACKROLL® PRO leads to a long-lasting relaxing effect. Functional exercises can also be varied and intensified with the BLACKROLL® PRO.
