The Blackroll Ball is a multifunctional fascia tool that can be used to massage many smaller muscle areas. Whether against a wall or on the floor, the fascia ball can be used anytime and anywhere, fitting easily into any sports bag. With sizes of 8 and 12 cm, the ball can be adapted to the muscle surface and allows for targeted work. Whether before or after sports, the fascia tools are excellent for releasing adhesions in the fascia tissue. The fascia ball can dissolve adhesions in the fascia tissue, and self-massage is possible with the ball.
