Monopod and High Tripod! With the MC-3M Monopod XXL, you can achieve impressive shots from an unusual perspective. This ultra-lightweight monopod and high tripod allows for unique compositions from heights of up to 3 meters. It's ideal for photos and videos that leave an impact—over the heads of a crowd, providing an overview of an event, capturing subjects in flora and fauna, lost places photography, or anywhere else that is typically hard to reach. All these applications are now a breeze with this high tripod. Of course, it can also be used at normal height as a support for long exposure times or long focal lengths. With the rubberized twist locks, the desired height of 91-300 cm can be adjusted in seconds and locked with just half a turn of the locks. Three sections ensure a compact transport size. The carbon material, made from 10 layers, makes the MC-3M extremely lightweight at just 775 g, providing very comfortable handling. The low weight is also beneficial when using the MC-3M as a boom for an external microphone during video shoots and interview scenes. A sturdy base plate with interchangeable 1/4 and 3/8 inch screws allows for a ball head to be mounted. A detachable hand strap adds extra security when using the MC-3M as a monopod. A wide rubber foot ensures a stable stand for the monopod, which can also be replaced with a supplied spike and snow disc. Thus, the MC-3M is also suitable for (photo) snow tours. A rubber seal at the foot and spike keeps water and dirt away from the inside of the monopod.
