The Strega is a completely new concept. Unmatched and never seen before in this form. It features a professional lever group based on a classic dual-circuit system. A tank machine with the characteristics of a classic commercial lever machine. A microswitch on the lever activates the pump, which then fills the brew group. Only when the lever is slowly released does the non-linear pressure build-up ensure optimal extraction of the coffee grounds. The result is unattainable with any other tank machine! Additionally, the little witch looks incredibly good! Simply a unique device! The top version here can be operated via a tank or directly connected to a water supply. Included in the package are: - a portafilter for one shot - a portafilter for two shots - a small cleaning brush - a plastic tamper - a measuring cup - the operating manual - 1 kilogram of Parrottacaffé Gran Crema in whole beans or ground - and of course, a full 2-year warranty. The Strega TOP has a boiler volume of 2 liters and a tank with a capacity of 3 liters.
