Bezzera Magica PID

The Bezzera Magica PID impresses with its intricately crafted housing, artisanal perfection in detail, and a classic, timeless design. The heart of the espresso machine is an original Faema E 61 brew group. The Bezzera Magica features two independent water circuits, allowing for the simultaneous production of water for espresso preparation and steam for frothing milk. The PID version, introduced in 2016, includes a module for digital control of the brewing temperature. The temperature is displayed on the screen and can be adjusted by the user to values between 80°C and 100°C. This allows the brewing group temperature to be tailored to the coffee roast, giving the barista control over an additional factor influencing coffee flavor. The Swiss Edition, made for Switzerland, is equipped with rotary knobs for water and steam dispensing for optimal dosing. The package includes two portafilters with double and single spouts, as well as a blind filter for machine cleaning.
