An extra-large wooden guiro, 40 cm long, in a cheerful red-green painted fish shape with a scraper, ideal for music in schools or music academies. The guiro is a rhythm instrument, originally made from a dried bottle gourd, but nowadays made from wood, plastic, or metal. Using the accompanying scraper stick, one scrapes over the grooves of the guiro to produce rattling sounds. Guiros are musical instruments that can be played intuitively. Additionally, the large guiro is colorful and child-friendly, making the "rattle cucumber" particularly popular among children. The guiro is an essential part of Cuban music, used in pop music, and also has a place in some orchestras.
