The carriage can be removed for cleaning with a simple lever movement. When the carriage is removed, the slicer is automatically locked by a safety device. Once the carriage is reinserted, the lever is released, and the machine is ready for use again. This important innovation simplifies cleaning and allows for quick removal of the carriage.
The blade guard can be removed quickly and easily. Simply turn it 90 degrees to pull it out without any further movement, ensuring optimal cleaning of the machine. The blade guard can then be reattached with light pressure and a twisting motion.
The Red Line slicers feature an integrated sharpener for proper blade sharpening. Positioning is done manually by lifting and turning the sharpening unit, with a single position that does not require manual adjustment, ensuring the optimum angle for perfect sharpening results.
The Red Line slicers are equipped with a system that guarantees precise opening of the stop plate by up to 14 mm. The numbers on the rotary knob for adjusting slice thickness indicate the actual thickness in millimeters, allowing for extremely fine adjustments and previously unimaginable repeat accuracy, especially for small and frequently used thicknesses.
