The BenQ PD3420Q is an ultra-high-resolution, HDR10-capable monitor in a 21:9 ultrawide aspect ratio designed for professional users in graphic design, CAD, and creative fields. It delivers very high color accuracy with a 10-bit color depth and 100% sRGB and Rec.709 color space coverage. Utilize one of the three display modes (Darkroom, CAD/CAM, Animation) to accentuate specific image details and facilitate editing, visualizing, and creating.
The Darkroom mode adjusts the brightness and contrast of images to present details more clearly and sharply, making it easier to work in dimly lit post-processing environments. The CAD/CAM mode provides very high contrast to highlight lines and edges in technical illustrations and wireframe models. The Animation mode enhances details in dark shades, allowing you to make fine adjustments to your animated creations effortlessly, while areas where the function is not needed remain unchanged.
Included in the package is the Hotkey Puck, a wired remote that makes navigating through the on-screen menus faster and easier. You can customize its buttons with frequently used functions. With the Display Pilot software, additional interesting possibilities arise: for example, you can partition the desktop to display software content in any proportions. With DualView, you also have the option to use different display modes in each partition.
