Benning Wallbox tester

Benning EV 3-3. The wallbox tester and measurement adapter allows for easy and quick functional testing as well as troubleshooting of wallboxes. Together with the installation testing device BENNING IT 200/BENNING IT 130, it also enables the safety and functional testing of AC charging stations (wallboxes) for electric vehicles according to DIN VDE 0100-600 and DIN VDE 0105-100. Compatible with 1- and 3-phase charging stations (EVSE) of charging mode 3 with Type 2 connectors. It facilitates simple functional testing of the wallbox and the connection of the installation device to the charging station. Simulates different current load capacities (codings) of 13 A, 20 A, 32 A, and 62 A for the charging cables. Simulates different vehicle states: A (not connected), B (connected, not ready), C (charging without ventilation), D (charging with ventilation), and E (error, short circuit between CP-PE / PE disconnected). Analyzes the CP and PP signals (vehicle status, signal voltage, frequency, duty cycle). Voltage and phase rotation measurement as well as separate phase indicators (L1/L2/L3) through three LEDs, as soon as the charging station provides power. Triggers the 30 mA AC and 6 mA DC residual current device with time measurement. Test socket and 4 mm sockets (L1/L2/L3/N/PE) for easy connection to the installation testing device. Checks the EVSE locking system from status B (release of the charging cable is blocked). Measurement category CAT II 300 V. Includes protective case.
