The three modes of the PX3000 operate as follows:

• Normal connects the two rear jacks of a channel; plugging a connector into one of the front jacks interrupts the connection of the rear jacks.
• Thru connects each rear jack with its corresponding front jack.
• Half Normal connects the two rear jacks of a channel; plugging a connector into the lower front jack interrupts the connection of the rear jacks.
