Product details

High-quality coffee machines, such as the Café Premium 4-Joy, operate using the shower brewing method. In this process, water is heated to boiling temperature and then directed to the coffee grounds. The hot water is then poured evenly over the coffee powder in a broad stream, thanks to the large brewing head. Due to the high brewing temperature of about 92°C, combined with the shower brewing method and the short contact time, the coffee aroma is extracted into the pot. This significantly reduces the astringent and bitter compounds.
