Baratza Vario+

The heart of the Vario+ consists of durable 54-mm ceramic flat burrs from the commercial burr manufacturer Ditting. The grinding discs are enclosed in an improved metal grinding chamber to enhance consistency from cup to cup.

The front-facing control panel with LED display is simple and intuitive. With the Vario+, you can save up to 3 time-based presets for your automatic dosing to maximize your workflow.

With 220 macro and micro grind settings optimized with customizable espresso calibration, this grinder maintains its original multifunctional design while allowing you to further refine that elusive Gottschuss.

A 300-gram hopper with the ability to remove it from the grinder while beans are still inside facilitates easier bean changes. To maximize freshness, the Vario+ minimizes the ground coffee left in the grinder. Two LED lights allow you to check your grounds container or portafilter to monitor the process.

The Vario+ is exceptional for espresso, factory calibrated to finer settings and manual brewing methods. The burrs can be easily calibrated with the special calibration tool that comes with the grinder.

A powerful high-torque DC motor drives the burrs effortlessly. This motor runs slowly, resulting in cool, quiet operation and allowing for long grinding cycles. The circuitry is equipped with an automatically resetting thermal switch.

The Vario+ comes standard with a durable metal PortaHolder and a regular 180-gram grounds container. The burrs are easily removable without tools, making cleaning very simple.
