The Tilde Air Premium is a headset designed for employees in open office environments. It allows you to adjust the filtering of ambient noise and communicate silently and/or work with focus. In a noisy office setting, the maximum noise level is around 60-65 dB. For meetings or conversations at work level, this is about 45 dB. The Tilde Air can reduce this noise to a maximum of 30 dB. You will still hear your colleagues talking in the background, but a reduction of 30 dB is more than enough to help you concentrate (again). How does this technology work? ANC technology (Active Noise Cancelling) or active noise suppression: Sound is a wave. The ANC sends an opposing signal to your brain, so your brain thinks there is no sound or a quieter sound. Headphones with active noise cancellation are headphones that reduce unwanted ambient noise.
