Axagon HMC-5G2

The AXAGON HMC-5G2 COMBO 6in1 multiport hub is a true all-rounder and the ideal companion for laptops or an easily accessible expansion of a PC's I/O panel. In addition to two USB-C ports, it features two additional USB Type A ports. All four support the USB 3.2 standard (USB 3.2 Gen 2) with a maximum transfer speed of 10 Gbytes/s. One USB Type-C port also supports Power Delivery 3.0, allowing, for example, a laptop to be charged with the same standard, provided a compatible charger is connected to the multiport hub.

A built-in HDMI 1.4a port allows for the connection of a monitor, which can operate at a maximum resolution of 4,096 x 2,160 pixels (4K) at 30 Hz. To achieve this, the HMC-5G2 COMBO 6in1 must be connected to a combined USB-C DisplayPort or Thunderbolt 3 port on the laptop. Naturally, the HDMI port supports all audio standards available with a directly integrated HDMI port. Since the connection also supports HDCP 2.3, copy-protected movies can be played back on a closed screen.
