The Quartet transmitter base is also compatible with Avantree Audiplex receiver dongles. You can use any headphones that support a 3.5mm AUX audio jack. The wireless Quartet kit utilizes 2.4GHz technology for audio transmission. It allows a connection range of up to 30 meters indoors and up to 100 meters outdoors. It works with your wired speakers.
