Aune X1s GT

The Aune X1s GT is an elegant, multifunctional, and powerful desktop DAC and headphone amplifier that belongs to the 8th generation of the proven X1 series. A smartphone, tablet, or computer instantly transforms the X1s GT into a HiFi-level streaming media center, functioning excellently as an amplifier for headphones or active speakers, as well as a DAC for your computer. Its carefully designed architecture supports high-resolution files, namely PCM up to 32 Bit/768 kHz and DSD512 natively via the USB input, as well as 24 Bit/384 kHz and DoP128 through its coaxial and optical inputs.

The integrated PLL clock ensures highly precise clock synchronization, resulting in an exceptionally natural and finely resolved sound regardless of the input used. The X1s GT also offers the option to connect an external digital clock if needed. In addition to the filter modes of the integrated ES9038 DAC, Aune has developed four additional filters to allow the X1s GT to be particularly well-tuned to various listening preferences and scenarios. Furthermore, the high-quality SR-PCB board leads to excellent performance in the high-frequency range and an overall impressive detail reproduction. The Aune X1s GT is made of aluminum and features additional aesthetic accents such as the red-lit volume control. The ALPS potentiometer on the front of the device allows for precise fine-tuning of the volume with an uncompressed dynamic range.
