When it came to using the most efficient communication channels, small to medium-sized companies were often left out in the cold. Auerswald provides a remedy with the COMpact 5000 PBX. If the existing infrastructure was predominantly based on analogue or ISDN technology, this prevented the connection to the modern age. The decisive factor is the total number of telephone connections, and a little trick sometimes helps here: Although the available internal VoIP channels limit the number of VoIP connections that can be made simultaneously, this rarely reaches the maximum capacity. Therefore the Auerswald VoIP-Over-Commitment (VOC) was developed, with which more VoIP telephones than actually available internal VoIP channels can be registered and operated at the system. This means that - depending on the system load - up to 32 VoIP subscribers can always be registered on the system. The COMpact 5200R PBX is mostly suitable for small to medium-sized companies.
