The Auerswald Small Office Initiative: modern communication for everyone!

Small to medium-sized enterprises have often faced the challenge of utilizing the most efficient communication channels. When the existing infrastructure was primarily based on analog or ISDN technology, connecting to modern solutions was often not possible. Until now.

The term "Small Office" is as broadly defined as "medium-sized businesses": it ranges from a one-person company in a shared office to a manufacturing business with dozens of employees. The key criterion is the total number of telephone connections. A little trick helps here: although the available internal VoIP channels limit the number of simultaneous VoIP connections, the maximum capacity is rarely reached. That’s why we developed the Auerswald VoIP Over Commitment (VOC), which allows more VoIP phones to register and operate on the system than there are actual internal VoIP channels. Depending on the system's load, up to 32 VoIP participants can be registered on the system at any time.
