With the promise of finding his birth mother, Ichiban Kasuga ("The Rock Bottom Dragon") is lured to Honolulu City, where he only experiences betrayal until the reclusive Kazuma Kiryu ("The Dragon of Dojima") comes to his aid. With the help of returning characters such as Nanba, Adachi and Seonhee, as well as newcomers Tomizawa and Chitose, Ichiban and Kazuma fight their most personal battles yet.
