The ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WiFi II is based on the AMD B550 chipset and supports AMD processors for the AM4 socket. It has four DDR4 slots for up to 128 GB of RAM. The ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming is also equipped with one PCIe 4.0 x16 slot, one PCIe 3.0 x16 and three PCIe 3.0 x1 slots. The ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WiFi II also has 8-channel sound, a 2.5 Gigabit LAN interface, Wi-Fi 6, six SATA3 ports, two M.2 ports and a range of USB interfaces.

The B550 is not a high-end product and accordingly there are no high-flyer mainboards on this basis. But with its quantitatively slightly below, qualitatively clearly above the X470 capabilities and releases, it is a neat addition to the luxury I/O hub X570. This means that, contrary to its name, it does not want to and cannot be a replacement for the B450 savings tips, but competes at a level that...
