Product details

Oil pastels are used for drawing and painting. They allow for thick, oily brush strokes with rich colors. The ease with which they spread on paper depends on the ambient temperature. At higher temperatures, pastel tones are softer. By using hatching, cross-hatching, and delicate shading of the applied colors, colors can be visually blended. The surface covered with oil pastels can be smoothed and blended with a damp finger.
