Astell&Kern Ak Zero1

For the AK ZERO1, Astell&Kern set out to develop an earphone that delivers the most faithful analog sound possible. To achieve this, Astell&Kern has incorporated a total of four drivers per earpiece: a specially developed planar dynamic driver, two balanced armature drivers, and a 5.6 mm dynamic driver. Each driver is housed in its own acoustic chamber, precisely manufactured using 3D printing technology, allowing all four drivers to reach their full potential and preventing any occurrence of resonances. By using three different harmonically tuned driver types, the AK ZERO1 offers a wide frequency range and delivers impressively natural, clear sound with rich detail and dynamics. With an impedance of 16 ohms and a sensitivity of 96 dB, the AK ZERO1 is perfectly suited for portable playback devices. To meet the highest quality standards, the AK ZERO1 was manufactured by experienced engineers in Japan. The earphone cable, made from high-purity silver and oxygen-free copper, features a 3.5 mm plug and MMCX connectors. Included in the package are a total of six pairs of ear tips in various sizes, as well as a practical round case for the safe storage of the earphones.
