Dr. MOS is the integrated driver solution optimized for synchronous buck voltage applications. Compared to conventional discrete MOSFETs, it intelligently delivers higher current for each phase, resulting in better thermal performance and superior efficiency. Due to the unique electrical architecture of DDR5 DIMMs, there is a high risk of damaging the memory module if the power supply is not properly interrupted during removal or installation. To prevent this, ASRock has implemented a glitch-free protection circuit on every DDR5 motherboard, which reduces the risk of damage to the memory module.
