With multi-element technology and PID control, a constant brewing temperature of ± 1.5º C and powerful steam performance are guaranteed, achieving up to 50% energy savings compared to conventional espresso machines. The use of special stainless steel ensures a minimization of metal migration into the coffee according to EN16889. The thermoblock technology ensures that the coffee is always prepared with fresh water.
