With multi-element technology and PID control, a constant brewing temperature of ± 1.5º C and powerful steam performance are guaranteed, achieving up to 50% energy savings compared to conventional espresso machines. The use of special stainless steel ensures minimized metal migration into the coffee according to EN16889. Thanks to thermoblock technology, coffee is always brewed with fresh water.
