The Artzt Vitality Fascia Tool TriggerHolz features a robust and shock-resistant surface. It is free from paint and instead finished with a polish made of wax and oil, making the fascia tool resistant to dirt, water-repellent, and abrasion-resistant. Additionally, the massage stick complies with the EN71.3 toy directive and is sweat and saliva-proof according to DIN 53160.

Proper application: Trigger points are knobby muscle tightness that can arise from prolonged sitting or improper, insufficient, or excessive movement. To treat them, apply targeted pressure to the tense area with the TriggerHolz (local compression). Intensify this pressure for 30-60 seconds and then maintain it for up to 5 minutes. Your body weight will continuously regulate the pressure, allowing for individualized treatment based on the severity of the tightness and pain sensitivity. Smaller massage movements around the tightness are also possible. The narrower cone of the Plus variant allows for a more focused and intense treatment.
