Artzt Trigger wood

Version: Standard. The Artzt Vitality Fascia Tool TriggerWood has a robust and shock-resistant surface. It is free from paint and instead finished with a polish of wax and oil, making the fascia tool dirt-resistant, water-repellent, and abrasion-resistant. Additionally, the massage stick complies with the EN71.3 toy directive and is sweat and saliva resistant according to DIN 53160.

Proper use: Trigger points are knobby muscle tightness that can arise from prolonged sitting or incorrect or insufficient or excessive movement. For treatment, apply targeted pressure to the tense area with the TriggerWood (local compression). Intensify this for 30-60 seconds and then maintain it for up to 5 minutes. Your body weight will always regulate the pressure, allowing for a personalized treatment depending on the severity of the tightness and pain sensitivity. Smaller massage movements around the tightness are also possible. The narrower cone of the Plus variant provides a more focused, intense treatment.
