Artemide Nessino table lamp

Nessino Table Lamp. Reviving the spirit of the Sixties: Giancarlo Mattioli designed its larger sister, Nesso, for the Italian brand Artemide in 1965, which won numerous design awards. Its mushroom shape is certainly not a cultural reference to the psychedelics popular at the time, especially since the previously very successful original design was translated in 2003 into a contemporary, unmistakable material language. Rather, the mushroom-shaped design provides a soft, diffuse light emission through the mushroom cap and direct (reading) light on the lamp's base. Whether as a cult bedside lamp or as ambient lighting in the living room, the Nessino table lamp from Artemide is sure to attract admiration.
