Ipno Suspension Pendant Light by Artemide

Ipno is a hanging fixture with a magical effect - its transparent body shapes light with high emission control, achieved through soft and curved geometries. An innovative optical unit directs and focuses the light onto the glass section at the bottom of the housing, diffusing it and opening up with a soft direct emission. The glass surface conceals the inner optics and prevents direct glare. The internal optical unit operates on the principle of total internal reflection (TIR) and emits light directly. When light enters the material, it becomes active, but very little light is scattered and uncontrolled into the surroundings. Ipno combines tradition and innovation, merging expertise with optical competence.

Ipno is a wonderful pendant light with an almost magical effect - the transparent lamp body transmits as much light as possible through a gently curved diffuser.
