Applications for the trade and association reg

The book offers assistance to all those who have to deal with applications to the register of associations, co-operatives, partnerships or commercial registers. In particular, it is intended to make it easier for trainees or newcomers and lateral entrants to the notarial profession to familiarise themselves with this subject matter. In particular, all changes resulting from the MoPeG, which comes into force on 1 January 2024, have been incorporated into this 3rd edition: Legal innovations as well as new register applications that arise with regard to the commercial register and the new company register have been included, and the question and answer section has been significantly expanded. With this volume, trainees as well as lateral entrants and those returning to the profession are equipped for all applications to the commercial register and register of associations.
