The book provides assistance to those who need to deal with registrations for associations, cooperatives, partnerships, or commercial registers. It is particularly aimed at trainees or those re-entering or switching careers in notary services, helping them to get started in this area. The following legal fields are covered in the context of register inspection and registration: association law, cooperative law, registered merchants, partnerships (including the GbR from January 1, 2024), limited liability companies, entrepreneurial companies (limited liability), stock corporations, and power of attorney. At the end of the book, there are numerous cases and questions where the acquired knowledge can be reviewed and deepened. In this 3rd edition, all changes resulting from the MoPeG, which comes into effect on January 1, 2024, have been incorporated: statutory innovations and new registration requirements related to the commercial register and the new company register have been added, and the question-and-answer section has been significantly expanded.
