Auch wenn das iPhone XR rund 200 Euro günstiger ist als das iPhone Xs, so setzt es dennoch die ausufernde Preispolitik von Apple fort. Innerhalb des Kosmos, den die Firma aus Cupertino aufgebaut hat, ist das angehängte Preisschild nachvollziehbar. Apple hat an ein paar Stellen den Rotstift angesetzt, aber es dennoch vermieden aus dem iPhone XR einen verspäteten Nachfolger des iPhone 5C zu machen...
Im Grunde verhält es sich mit Smartphones wie mit Autos: Ein Sportwagen mit kräftigen V8-Aggregat braucht nun mal mehr Sprit als ein Kleinwagen mit Dreizylinder-Motor. Akkulaufzeit ist aber nicht alles, wie das Motorola E5 beweist. Das macht mit schwacher Kamera und mäßigem Display wenig Spaß im Alltag...
Ob für sie eher das iPhone XR oder doch das XS bzw. das XS Max das richtige iPhone ist, müssen Sie selbst entscheiden. Seitens der Leistungsfähigkeit ist das XS Max kaum den Aufpreis wert, es sein denn man setzt unbedingt auf das etwas größere Display. Die inneren Werte liegen sehr nah beieinander, darüber kann selbst die unterschiedliche Kamera-Ausstattung nicht hinwegtäuschen, schließlich lassen...
Rein technisch betrachtet ist die Premiumklasse besser ausgestattet. Selbst die Gehäuse sind etwas edler und sogar nach IP-67/68-Norm wassergeschützt. Das macht zwar etwas her, aber für den alltäglichen Gebrauch sind unsere Alternativen die vernünftigere Wahl und zudem bezahlbar.
