Similar to IPS panels, the VA panel (Vertical Alignment) of this monitor also impresses with its high viewing angle stability, so that you can still see the content clearly even when viewing the monitor from the side. This technology is also impressive in terms of colour fidelity. Compared to IPS panels, VA monitors often achieve even higher contrast ratios and deeper, more homogeneous black tones. This makes this monitor ideal for working in darkened rooms and for colour-sensitive applications such as image editing. Short-wave blue light can be harmful to the eyes. The AOC "Low Blue Light" technology blocks harmful blue light rays to prevent this. This special process requires neither filters nor altered colour settings. As a result, the displayed colour remains unaltered.
