Verge is a small-diaphragm modeling microphone that excels in both nuanced accuracy and high sound pressure recordings. It also delivers outstanding performance on its own and can adopt the character and personality of the world's best small-diaphragm condenser and electret microphones. Within the FPGA Accusonic 3D modeling engine, you can transform both Edge and Verge into vintage replicas, giving you full control over the effect and off-axis response, and even allowing you to change the polar pattern during or after recording. Choose from a collection of classic and expensive microphones and monitor the results live to achieve the best possible performance from a musician.
