Metal connector caps are available: Part No. 448-0028 is for use with rectangular flange receptacles with brown-olive cadmium plating. Order No. 695-0314 is for use with rectangular flange sockets with nickel coating. Order No. 448-0034 is for use with sockets with locknut and brown-olive cadmium coating. Amphenol RJF TV Series RJ45 Ethernet jacks provide data acquisition and transmission (Ethernet Class D, Cat-5e connector for 10-BaseT, 100-BaseTX, and 1000-BaseT networks) in harsh environments. These RJF TV Ethernet jacks are sealed to IP67, shock, vibration, and strain resistant, have EMI protection, and feature 4 position mechanical coding/alignment. An RJ45 jack is soldered to a PCB to allow connection to various PCB terminals with either an RJ45 jack, RJ45 cable set, or solder termination. A patented RJStop system allows the use of a standard RJ45 cable set. The RJ Field TV jack connects to an RJ Field TV plug using a Tri Start threaded coupling mechanism (MIL-DTL-38999 Type III series) with latch. No field wiring tools are required.

These RJ Field TV series jacks have an aluminum housing with either nickel or olive drab cadmium plating and are available in a variety of configurations. All models are very reliable and of excellent quality.
