Alphacool's powerful thermal pad can be used for cooling electronic components of all kinds, where it is important to effectively dissipate heat. The silicone-based, soft thermal transfer pad features optimal compressibility. Due to its low hardness and natural stickiness, the Core thermal transfer pad perfectly adapts to surfaces, compensating for unevenness between components and thus ensuring a significant improvement in heat transfer.

The special material composition of the Core thermal pad reduces the risk of silicone bleeding. It can be used for a significantly longer period than conventional thermal transfer pads without notable performance losses.

Due to its excellent electrical insulation (electrically non-conductive), the Alphacool thermal pad can also be used for cooling electronic components in electric vehicles, autopilot systems, mobile phones, servers, motherboards, power supplies, LCD televisions, notebooks, telecommunications devices, access points, memory modules, and more.
