Alphacool offers a wide range of thermal pads to enable effective heat dissipation from electronic components. The Apex thermal pad is the most powerful option and can reliably dissipate heat. Thanks to its high compressibility, it can also be used in a variety of applications. The silicone-based Ultrasoft Apex thermal transfer pad from Alphacool has optimal compressibility. Due to its low hardness and natural stickiness, it can perfectly conform to surfaces and compensate for unevenness between components. This significantly improves heat transfer.
Thanks to its unique material composition, the risk of silicone blooming with the Apex thermal transfer pad is greatly reduced. It can reliably cool over a much longer period without suffering significant performance losses.
