Product details

P-MOS transistor with ballast transistor BC 817. The ballast transistor allows control with a 0-5V PWM or ON/OFF signal to be managed directly with the motion detector. P-MOS transistor performance data: maximum 60V, 18A. Can be operated in the brick system with a maximum of 12A (contacts max. 6A per contact). Attention in the brick: small cooling surface, protect against thermal overload.
