The Albrecht DR 460 Internet radio adapter allows you to expand your own stereo system to receive Internet radio stations. All you need is an Internet connection and a WLAN router.
The DR460-C, DR402 and DR470 Internet radios support DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance) technology. By means of DLNA some functions of the radios can be controlled by App on the Smartphone. You can use the app to adjust the stations or adjust the volume, for example. During music playback, the logo of the radio station or the album cover of the song being listened to is displayed on the smartphone. You can also play music from your phone via Internet radio. To use DLNA, there are several apps on the market. In the user manuals/downloads you will find a detailed description of the DLNA functions using the example of the AirMusic Control App.
The colour display of the WLAN radio shows the station names, station information and the time at a glance. The INFO button gives you more information about the bit rate, sampling rate, codec, genre, location and date. In standby mode, the weather forecast is displayed on the screen. The adapter is operated via the remote control included in the scope of delivery.
The DR 460 C can also be used to transfer music data from the PC to the stereo system via UPnP streaming, if you also want to access your own media library from your computer. With the WLAN radio adapter this is easily possible.
