Akko MOD 007 V2 – the DIY kit for professionals
The Akko MOD 007 V2 features the components that enthusiasts desire, with the build quality they demand. From the premium gasket-mounted construction to a high-quality rotary knob, south-facing switch sockets, and a redesigned aluminum case – the MOD 007 V2 does everything differently – and correctly. It is a testament to Akko's quality standard.
Designed for keyboard enthusiasts and eSports professionals
For the Akko MOD 007 V2, the perfect materials, proportions, and placement areas have been carefully selected to create a typing experience that is neither too soft nor too stiff, but just right. The MOD 007 V2 is not delivered fully assembled to facilitate user assembly. To ensure it is equally user-friendly for beginners and professionals, only the aluminum plate, PCBA, and sound-dampening foams are pre-assembled. The foam for the Poron plate and the bottom of the case is already included. Notably, the foam for the case is pre-cut around the hot-swap sockets to save space and shape the sound profile as desired.
RGB lighting, software, and accessories
The MOD 007 V2 is Akko's first keyboard with a south-facing switch layout, ensuring optimal compatibility with Cherry keycaps. The LEDs themselves are of high quality and shine brightly and vividly when needed. The Akko Cloud software is easy and intuitive to use. The package also includes a wide polycarbonate plate, Poron switch pads, the usual tools, and a stylish black USB-C spiral cable for fast and stable connectivity.
