Product details

The TGF4000 series function/arbitrary generators offer signal generation capabilities of up to 240 MHz on two identical channels with full power, which can operate independently or in coupled or tracking mode. A precise channel-to-channel phase control with a resolution of 0.001° is included. A wide range of built-in waveforms is available, and custom arbitrary waveforms can be used with sample rates of up to 800 MS/s and playback rates of up to 80 MHz. PC-based software for generating and editing arbitrary waveforms is included. High-resolution, low-jitter pulses can be generated up to 100 MHz, as well as wideband white noise. A comprehensive range of modulations is provided by internal and external sources. The Gated, Burst, and Sweep modes can use internal or external trigger sources. Remote control via USB and LXI-compliant LAN (standard) can be supplemented with an optional GPIB if needed.
