The TF930 and TF960 use a high-quality, temperature-compensated internal frequency reference (TCXO) that has a low aging rate and remains stable within a range of ±1 ppm across the entire temperature range. The short warm-up time allows for accurate measurements even under challenging conditions. Battery-operated use is possible.
