Product details
Queen is a model wooden boat reminiscent of the 1960s. During this time, sports boats were still crafted from fine mahogany wood - just like our Queen. The proven hull shape of the two models Classic Sports Boat and Diva has been adopted in the design and further enlarged, complemented by a new superstructure. To ensure this model is well protected against splashes, the side parts of the superstructure are firmly glued to the hull. To access the interior, the roof of the cabin is removed, and the cockpit is taken out as a whole shell from the rear hull section. This model is a wooden kit in a bent frame design, which is essential for easy and quick assembly. All wooden parts are largely pre-fabricated and can be glued immediately after a brief adjustment. Assembly is carried out in the same way as with the Classic Sports Boat and Diva: a pre-cut depron plate serves as the keel, onto which the frames are attached. After inserting the keel and the two longitudinal beams, the entire frame structure is already aligned. Ideal drives are electric motors from the Race/Speed 600-700 series. The model kit includes all the necessary wooden parts, fittings, and the ship's shaft for construction.
